UptimeGrove provides website monitoring, incident management, status pages, and on-call scheduling services. We strive for 99.99% platform availability.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
UptimeGrove's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
